"Their dispatch never answerers the phone plan on being on hold unless you download their low budget app you won't get dispatched for a while long minute. And plan on waiting an hour or more for the cab to show up too. Customer service is usually great with the driver if you don't mind growing old waiting."

"I recently had to deal with a major flood in my basement, and I cannot express how grateful I am to have had you on the job. You were patient with my questions, thorough in your explanations, and you went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of properly. Your dedication and expertise are truly impressive, Jose!"

"Called and setup to get picked up, after a half hour when my driver didn't show I called back dispatcher said the driver had tried to call but I didn't answer so they canceled the ride, I explained I didn't receive any calls, dispatcher rescheduled ride, when driver arrived he explained he punched in my phone number wrong (accident happens) but then proceeded to guilt trip me for using a credit card as it cuts his profit. Terrible experience, will not be using them again."

"I had a delightful ride with Tiffany, my first taxi ride ever and honestly I was oddly nervous beforehand. Immediately comforted by fun conversation, I felt safe and appreciated that she drove safely and knew the route well. Dispatch was incredibly difficult to use, having to wait on hold for 15 minutes to be told my wait would be 20 minutes to then be called almost immediately after being told my ride was 5 minutes away, which was a less than cohesive experience. Overall happy with the service provided after my ride did arrive though."

"Oregon Taxi's drivers are a delight. Their booking and dispatch system is terrible. The dispatch can't effectively communicate with drivers about reservations I have been stranded 2x at the airport after flights that arrived at midnight, and once at home waiting for a 4:30am car. These are by pre-booked (both phone and App) reservations. The latest midnight stranding, customer service hung up on me."
