They promised to replace once they had a new one. This was last spring. It's now December, haven't heard word one, haven't had a call returned & my stove doesn't light. Buyer beware!"

I received a reminder call the day before, a call the morning of with a more specific time window and the office manager was very friendly on top of the great communication! Jim arrived on time, was super friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. He answered every question and was very upfront with me about what was (and wasn't) needed to service my fireplace. "Several good folks were involved in helping me fix my 26 year old Glo-King pellet stove. The Stove Doctor was the one with last piece I needed. My pellet stove had not run for at least 3 years. I'd paid several companies for bad diagnoses on it. I almost had it removed but finally found the compartment where the others had failed to clean out the ash. However the convection (room) fan was also making a racket until it hit high. I brought the fan motor and housing to the Stove Doctor who installed the new one and it now runs like new. He also gave me some tips on where else the ash might have collected that could hinder the air flow- and he was right. Of course he should know- he used to build Glo-King stoves. I can't give him enough stars."
