"My sister and I decided to go out to this diner for a late breakfast, as soon as we were getting seated the waitress was standoffish and had no customer service, upon ordering she judged the amount of food we asked for and gave us weird looks (not knowing I’m pregnant of course.) When delivering our food she barely talked to us and just left, we asked for refills of our drinks and they never came. She ignored our table until I got up to pay and asked for a box. Will not be returning to this location. By the time we left ANOTHER waitress apologized for our servers behavior and gave us free pie coupons."

"This place has very friendly service and was willing to allow me to pretty much order a very modified menu item. Not just add it remove items but change how the dish was made. They did a fantastic job. I had forgotten my insulin and needed to make changes to remove carbs. Thanks very much. I forgot to take photos."

"Shari’s used to be a fast and friendly diner. I loved going there with my now wife after speech and debate or other evening event. It has totally changed. After my daughter dance show we went in for dessert and a snack. Took 10 minutes to be seated. The. We ordered shakes but had to split one because they were low on ice cream?… we order a chicken tender basket to share as a snack before she went home for bedtime. 40 minute later we left and had never been checked on or given an update or anything. Might be the worst service I received ever, like in my 40 year life."

"they need to fire the manager r cook not sure but we waited about 40 minutes to get seated and get r food and the portions were the tiniest I've ever seen this place used to be good if I was in charge I would be absolutely ashamed of this will not be coming back here it used to be so good"

"Was sat in a booth all torn up. Kids asked for hot coco. Was told "we haven't had coco all summer" it's currently fall... sep 29, and it's on the menu.... Got water all around, our cups were empty 80% of the meal. No waffles. No baked potato. When they brought my wife's appitizer plate, first cooked, last on the table. This is all the "portioned" cheese that was cold in the bowl. About 3/4 table spoon. Asked for more cheese and was told that it would be an extra cost. Didn't get any salsa with the burnt chips until asked. I asked for my stake medium rare. Got well done hamburger patty. Listen to the waitstaff tell another couple they didn't have the baked potato, so they went ahead and subbed it for mashed.... without asking."
