"I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Neill's if I wanted to. A little over a year ago I bought a cute little turbo charged Audi off the lot. The sales guy was straight with me about the car, told me it was a “mechanics car” and it had been there for a min. After doing some research and driving it on my own, it just needed a computer reset. They helped me with a few sensor issues that they didn’t have to help me with at all and I’m grateful for the great service. I was able to get a great price on my car and they helped me get in house financing as well. They even held the car for me for a few days while I was getting the financing and everything squared away. Everyone I’ve personally came in contact with at that office was great to work with and friendly. I’ll definitely be back if they have something else I want!"

"So my wife and I bought a Cadillac SRX from Neills Wheels. It was the worst purchase we have ever made in our lives. We had some issues with the car that they said they would fix, and then when it came down to fixing them we were told that since it wasn’t put in the contract to fix, we were told that it was our word against theirs. So they basically called us a liar. We were also told at the time of purchase that they had a second key for the car, but they hold onto the second key in case they have to repo the car but when the car was paid off they would give us the second key. When we paid off the car they gave us the second key which turned out to be an uncut Honda key. When questioned about the key she said that we were gonna have to buy a second key and then she said it would only cost about $75, but in calling around we have found out that to replace the key and FOB it will be closer to $150.00 to $200.00. The lady then said that for them to do anything the would have to go back and search through all their files and see what the could find out. They are criminals in my book and nobody should buy from them. They will change their story whenever it benefits them. They will never own up to their responsibility as the seller. You can read a ton of other negative reviews. Don’t buy from them."
