"I wish I could give zero stars. A complete waste of time. Waited over 15 minutes and while waiting seeing other customers come in with clothes and they take absolutely nothing. They are way too picky with what they choose to take and the percentage for what you get back is ridiculous. I wish I had never stepped foot into that store, it gives off snooty, up tight and were better than your used clothes vibe. The store should also make their signs visible to new customers on which side is where you pay and where you sell clothes. I waited in a long line and was told to go to the other side and mentioned something about signage to help customers and I was met with "We do have signs but, they may be covered". Then what is the point of having signs if you can't see them? Absolutely the worst experience and people should not take their beautiful clothes to this store. A very disappointed customer."

"I cannot support this business after yesterday. The last few visits I have been met with rude and dismissive employees. There were several people working and I couldn’t get decent attention from a single one of them. They were rude and made the experience uncomfortable for me and my friends especially the two or three employees at the the fitting rooms …"

"I used to love this place. I collect vintage and try to reuse. The workers don't put out the best vibe. They won't take hardly anything unless it's "in" is what I was told, uh don't people shop at these places to get away from what's "trendy" I mean I know I do. Anyways, the prices of this place are insane. I didn't find anything under $20. Take your amazing vintage clothing to a local shop who will actually appreciate the business. I also got a $40 parking ticket in the parking lot after giving my plate # to the girl. I will never go back."

"I went to take in two bags of brand new clothes and they only took one shirt for 3 dollars. There was also 4 other people taking back clothes and they didn't take one item from any of them. That will be the last time I return clothes to Buffalo or purchase clothing. The workers here are so full of their fashion sense they should be locked up, also try hiring a male completely wrong only hiring women. Please read the reviews before you go there its not worth it."
