"Great guys, great service. Fixed my rear tire and did a good job."
"Awful service... I've been coming here for 5 years with no issues; apparently they were just bought out. They said they did an alignment i asked for specks.... come to find out they didn't do the alignment. So they did it.... didn't apologize...I drive off... my car is shaking uncontrollably... take it back.... they said the balance machine"must be off" so they rebalanced ask my tires. Ummm what about all the other customers today???? What a freaking joke!!! Unapologetically aloof.... the manager tells me With new tires "it might handle a little different" I'm not an idiot... just bc I'm a woman!!! Do not go here....!"
"Update: Dan worked with me to get the tires balanced and make things right for me. Everyone has a bad day, but Dan took the time to make it right. Thanks Dan and Richland Tire Factory. Brought in four tires and wheels off of my RV to have new tires, that I had purchased online, mounted and balanced. Service was done in under an hour, to my surprise. Got the newly mounted tires and wheels home, only to find that they had marred one of my aluminum wheels along the outside of the bead with the tire changing machine, none of the four tire pressures matched (varying from 35lbs to 80lbs), I also only got back one of my stainless steel valve stem caps. Regardless, I did not think that those issues warranted not installing the wheels and tires on my travel trailer, so I went ahead and got them all installed and torqued to spec. Once complete, I noticed the one last thing that spurred me to post this review. The wheels and newly mounted tires were never balanced. I still have the old wheel weights and no new weights on the wheels. I will have to remove them, again in the next couple of weeks and get them balanced, paying again for the service, elsewhere. I guess I will try someone else."
"I've been coming here for a few years now and up until recently everything was good. But I've had 2 bad experiences now which really bothers me. The first incident was when they told me I needed new brakes and rotors despite the fact that the rotors were perfectly fine and the brakes were not in immediate need of change. I have a private mechanic who inspects these things for me to make sure I'm not being duped. I just came in for an oil change and noticed the day after that I had an oil puddle in my driveway. My mechanic found that they didn't bother tightening the oil drain plug all the way and we found major leakage. Sad to say but I will not be returning to Tire Factory."
