Terrible communication as to keeping him updated on the status of the progress of what was taking them so long. Then, when he got his car back, parts missing even the fan belt cover, they say they threw it away. If you are professional and work on someone's car, you keep everything together so you are able to put everything back where it belongs. Even things he purchased special for his car. Now he needs to replace things he shouldn't have to. I am so sorry I even referred my son to this business."
