The mechanic (Victor) was willing to speak with me & answer all of my questions, and explain every thing so that I could understand. He was very thorough in his work (and found a few safety issues that I was unaware of), very knowledgeable, and detail oriented. The garage was tidy and I was able to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time for a decent price. I was so impressed that I took a second car to him that another, local shop couldn't solve a problem after ten days in their shop. Victor fixed the issue right away.
