"Very very odd and concerning that they take your whole purchase and remove the tags for you in the back. Almost to say they are untrusting of customers and by removing tags nothing is returnable! I had no intentions of returning anything but if something I buy doesn't fit or it's a gift or I change my mind on color I own that right to return anything I want."

"Rude employee couldn’t even be bothered to check and verify that my fiancé’s suit was in fact done being tailored. All he said on the phone was “well if it was supposed to be done on Monday then it’s definitely done” ok sir did you make the alterations yourself? Let’s see if I drive 3 hours roundtrip for it not to be done."

"Absolutely fantastic service at our suit fitting appointment, and the gentleman helping us was a fellow veteran. He showed us different suit colors and helped my brother find the perfect 3 piece suit and boots for his wedding. We highly recommend making an appointment and coming here for suits, dress shirts, shoes and tux. They also have rental services. Thank you so much for a great experience and helping my brother find the perfect suit!"

"Wow, where to start? The customer service at this store is abysmal. Rude, condescending, and downright neglecting customers. I’ve seen other one star reviews having similar issues, but I thought, “ Hey, maybe they’ve changed?” Absolutely not. Horrendously messy store, boxes strewn everywhere. Dress shirt pins riddle each dressing room. Do not come to this location until there has been immense changes. I will not be returning."
