"When I went in asking for a price everyone threw in different prices at me. Which in the end, was not even the price it ended up being. Also, suggested different oil types . We went with full synth, I high key don’t trust that they did the correct oil. Not even 24 hours later my check engine turned on. Plus nothing was topped off when they said their services included fluid top offs? Did they think I wasn’t going to check under the hood? They gave me a coupon that’s about the only good part about the experience I will be bringing my car in to another location to double check their work."

"Came in for an oil change on Saturday morning. Robert's customer service, and mechanical know-how exceeded my expectations. A job well done."

"Took my 2002 Porsche in for an oil change and they said it would be a tad less than $200, which is high but the Porsche tax is real, so I agreed. Then they said they didn't have the right oil and scheduled me for an appointment the next day. When I showed up they told me it would be well over $300 because it was a dry sump oil system, which it is not, and walked. That's well over what the dealer charges, and for that you get a service record from the dealer, not Jiffy Lube. They just didn't want to do it, I assumed, and jacked the price instead of being honest. I have ten cars and was a regular customer, but I'll never go back."

"I have never had a better experience taking my car in for problems than to this particular Jiffy Lube. Robert and his team are certainly skilled in their craft, they are always able to at the very least get to the bottom of the problems my car is having and direct me where to go for further assistance if they can't fix the issue themselves. I always leave here feeling like the safety of my car is top notch and that my vehicle was truly cared for. I hop in my car when they're done with a service and take a huge sigh of relief, almost every time. They have rectified issues created from prior services at the dealership, who refused to fix because "there wasnt anything wrong". They have diagnosed problems that other mechanics/maintenance teams have sent me away with no answers. There are not enough good words I can say about Robert and his team. They are always friendly, always happy to help, theyll do the extra investigating if they have to, and of course absolutely skilled in their trade. I actually know how/why certain things are happening in my car because of them. I hope he doesn't go anywhere in my time here in Salem because I don't know who I will truly trust with my car."
