I drove my Monaco over 10 hours one way, for him to fix a windshield problem that no one else was able fix for more than half of a short trip. Not only did Rick fix it, but the bill for the fix was MANY $1,000 less than what I was charged for other RV shop's for their temprary half trip (defective) fix. Rick, also fixed some camera issues I was having, that the my local California RV shop couldn't seem to fix.
