"These guys were amazing! I went to Seven Feathers for a girls overnight getaway, (ya know, to escape the stresses of life) lol and my car broke down! I was stranded in Canyonville and nobody else would do anything to help, I called Jakes, they got me in immediately, even though they had a full schedule, and had my car ready in one hour. They replaced my coil and got me on the road home in no time. They were my angels that day:)"

"Can I give a half star??? Came in with a bad fuel pump which I had just changed 3 days prior. They had it done in half a day. It takes that amount of time just to drop the tank. When I asked for my old pump back. They couldn't find it. I wanted my 400 back. thay said it was a ground wire not connected. So they never replaced my pump and just fixed the wiring. It ended up costing 1400 for a simple wire. They said they dropped the tank and put in a brand new pump, but i put markers on it so I would know if they did or not. And they didn't. I had made a cut out for the gauge in the floor board. Man did they give me gruff about that. Then they ended up using the same whole I cut. They are a bunch of money hunger, hypocrites and theifs. Take you vehicle somewhere else. Oh I forgot to mention when they did hook up my fuel pump it's was backwards. Full reads empty and empty reads full. And my dash light don't work. Anymore for some reason. Service is horrible Worst car center I've ever been to. Highly don't recommend!!"

"Coming back from hunting, stop by and ask if I could fill up my tires. I had aired down because we got hit with snow. Jake stopped what he was doing and came out to see what I needed. I asked to fill my tires, and he got everything ready and let me fill them. Man of few words but seemed nice and wished me a trip back home."

The best prices in Douglas County. Very hard-working guys. After they assess what needs to be done they go out of their way to explain in detail the service needed on your vehicle. I’m very pleased with their work performance. Your Safety & satisfaction is important to them. I feel very safe having them work on my vehicle.
