I have a health passport that explains to any health professional what I need from them and how I need them to interact with me. Dr Andy Le read it before he introduced himself to me. He did an excellent job explaining what he was going to do ( like my PCP) he was very thorough with his investigation of why I was having pain. At the end he even gave me a hug.
