"We had an appointment scheduled and the scheduled time came and went. After an hour or so, we tried to contact them for an updated ETA, but no response. We took time off from our work, only to have them no-show and ignore us. I wish we read the other reviews before scheduling. It appears we're not the only ones to experience this."

"Two days ago I called Hamilton to deal with a faulty steam kettle. I never had the courtesy of a reply. So sad. They used to be the go-to place for food service repair. I would give them zero stars, but that's not an option."

"I called them about repairing a freezer. Had a longish conversation with one of the repair persons. Was told that he would be out at my house that day between 4 and 5pm. He didn't show by 4:30 and I called to see if the plan was still on. Left a message. 5pm came and went. Nobody showed or called. I called the company early the next day... left a message. Have not heard a thing from them. From my experience, they rate 0 stars. Might have given them one star if they had even bothered to return my calls or let me know they would not be coming. Would I recommend them to anyone?? Absolutely not. (I had to give them a rating or it would not have posted my review. They do not even deserve that one star. After writing my review, I got a very nice, apologetic response from the owner of the company and it was much appreciated. However, the damage was already done."

"Stay away from this company. I had them come out at my business to fix a hot case. They spent three hours looking at it and then then told me that they are unable to fix the hot case. I eventually just bought a new hot case. Around 2-3 months later, I received a call from Joe, the owner of the company, at around 7 P.M. He asked me how my hot case is doing and I told him that I bought a new hot case. He then told me that there is an unpaid invoice of around $500. I asked him what this invoice was for. He told me that this is for him to send out the guys to fix my hot case. I was shocked at the ridiculousness of this situation. First they are unable to fix my hot case and now they want $500 for NOT fixing my hot case. Also I never received any bill or invoice for this charge and the owner called me at 7 P.M., which is really strange. This company is not qualified to fix appliances and then will be charge you money since they sent guys out to "fix" the appliance. This would be like a gas station charging you for gas even though your car gas cap did not open and gas station owner tells you that you owe for gas since he sent the guy out to put gas in your car."
