"I recently purchased a New 2020 Tacoma, but wanted to add a few factory upgrades that my truck did not come with, so I contacted the parts department at Grants Pass Toyota. The staff there were extremely helpful. They provided me with the correct part numbers and parts that I needed to make my new Tacoma even better. Most parts were already in stock, those that weren’t arrived the next day. But this is where they really went above and beyond, I live in Medford, they allowed me to meet up with their delivery driver here locally rather then having me drive all the way to Grants Pass. Absolutely outstanding customer service. Their commitment to their customers satisfaction, is the reason I shop with them over other dealership parts departments."
