"Well I am going to say that my salesman went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. I would highly recommend this Appliance store. I'll certainly use them again. After a nightmare dealing with a big box store I was left without a washer and dryer. These people had what I wanted in stock at a very fair price. Unfortunately we loaded two different colors. But the salesman personally drove out the right color washer to me to make it right. Excellent customer service. As a small business owner this is the quality of service I strive to offer and I certainly appreciate it when other do too."

"We just received a new washer that leaked on the floor its first use. Upon calling the installation desk, we were informed that we would need a Plummer to put in bigger pipes. Why do they install it, knowing full well that the hoses don’t match! Why give smart attitude answers to the problem?"
