My mom bought a car from them they said it was a clean title it wasn’t, then took three months to get her the title because she paid for title transfer and they never did it then they never sent it after threats of court they finally “found” the title! HORRIBLE PEOPLE TOO!!!!"

Reported to Marv but refuses to believe it told me to do what ever I wanted. Reported to Salem police. They have you sign this b.s. form stating "as is" KNOWING your car WILL break down thats how they get away with it and if you say you want to go somewhere else they'll basically beg. And try so hard to get your money its pathetic and sad. I know for a fact they resell cars that have been returned for mechanical problems with no remorse my friend bought a car from them that my step dad had towed back to that shop 3 times prior from 3 different people they sold it to and lo and behold it broke down on her too and when she called marvs for help she got yelled at"

It's been over a year since I've bought a car from them. 6000 dollars down the drain and I still havent received paperwork needed to transfer the title to my name. After dozens of calls and texts over these 16 months I have received nothing promising. Only have I been given excuses, unprofessionality, and lies. I do not recommend buying from them. They will steal your money and ignore you. They have given no effort to resolve the situation... only cover-ups and standbys..."
