"My friend and I are trying a restaurant we've never been to every week. When Cafe Med popped up in our search, we didn't expect too much since our first choice for the week was closed. I'm so glad our first choice wasn't open because Cafe Med was an absolute gem of a place. The restaurant has romantic classy vibes and the food was incredible! I ordered the calamari, linguine clam special, and my friend had the tortelloni. The meal came with a soft delightful bread. All were delicious! They ran out of crab cakes and a creme brulee type dessert, so I'm definitely going back there to try those."

"Cafe Med is THE BEST. Hands down. We dine there frequently and bring different friends with us each time we go because we want to share their food with everyone we know. We have never had an issue with making reservations, but definitely recommend making them. The menu is updated regularly so each time we go we try something different and every single thing we’ve had has been delicious. We’ve also had a great experience with service each time we’ve been. The staff are kind, funny, knowledgeable, and hospitable. The atmosphere is intimate, which we enjoy. Those commenting about flies in their reviews…in the summer they have sliding doors and windows that they open for an open air dining experience. We haven't taken issue with that because the breeze provides a lovely summer ambiance and, in any open air dining experience, a fly or two is to be expected."

"Hands down my new favorite restaurant in Eugene — and I’m a seasoned server and restaurant goer. The menu includes a great variety of spectacular dishes. So far my favorite dishes are the duck and the mushroom pasta! Wonderful service from wonderful people. The tiramisu is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Great spot for every occasion. Going back next week!"
