"I went in for a new patient exam to get both upper and lower dentures and after I received the cost, I decided I should wait till I got insurance. Once I got insurance a month later I called back and informed them that I was going to start with the upper due to the cost then once they were paid off I would get lower ones. I was told that the Denturest would not "allow me" to just get the upper and that i had to do both at the same time."

"Yikes! Go somewhere else. I bought a pair of their dentures (not the cheapest either) just before the Covid outbreak. The first fitting was so poor that I couldn't even wear them (let alone eat anything). Then Covid hit before I could schedule another fitting. We all locked down and the new dentures sat in a drawer for two years untouched. Then, about a year ago, when Covid was "over", I went back and had them fit properly. Good deal. But I had worn them for only about 1 year when the lower simply broke in half while I was eating dinner! (see photo; also see how new it is). Frankly I felt Natural Dentures owed me something. After all, a denture that new shouldn't just break during normal eating, right?? But no. Natural Dentures had no refund, no remedy whatsoever, only the audacity to tell me that, according to company policy, I had to pay for the repair of their shoddy product! Pfft. How am I supposed to have confidence in their "repair" when the original lasted such a brief time? I'll get another opinion or have it repaired somewhere else before I give this outfit another dime."
