"So I've gotten the same drink ever since I've been going to Human Bean. Today when I ordered a sugar free energy drink with peach and pomegranate flavoring, I was handed a pale yellow drink. Having ordered this so many times it was clear to me it was not flavored, yet the guy at the counter insisted it was. Begrudgingly the guy said he would put in some more pomegranate. He put one spoonful in, which turned the drink bright pink, and handed it back saying it would be right now. It still wasn't because that was only one of the two flavors I asked for, but it didn't seem like I was going to get what I asked for without a lot of push back so I just gave up. Kind of disappointing because that is one of my favorite drinks, but if that's the service I can expect then I don't think it is worth it."
