"I've had work done several times over the years and will not take my excursion anywhere else. Sarah is awesome to work with and these she couldn't be more honest or personable. Both in the office & in the shop, they take their time to make sure the job is done right (but are not slow). Getting the job reaseached & finished correctly does not usually mean things are done at a lightning pace, so set your expectations accordingly and you'll be extremely satisfied with the service. The only gripe I have is that their property is always full of cars which makes dropping my vehicles off (especially the excursion) a bit of a challenge sometimes, but that is because they are the best shop in town, so I can't really fault them for that. I'll be taking my cars & trucks here for years to come!"

"Lady at the front desk was very friendly and compassionate for our situation. Progressive ended up screwing us by waiting to tell us the other party wasn't covered 3 weeks later. Our car had sat there and all mechanics have a storage fee after a certain date. Considering suing the insurance for dragging their feet. Excellent prices here, can tell people are loyal by how often they came through today."
