"Steve will not answer his phone or return your calls. No matter how many messages you leave. The shop does good work but can't get a answer when call."

"I would definitely not recommend Pro Auto Works to have any work done period. I took my camper in there because I had zero electric, 12 volt or 110. I was happy when I found a local place to do the work. I asked him if he had a good electrician and he said yes. After 3 days of work he claimed my refrigerator was the problem. A day later he says no, it’s your converter. Said it was on order and would be there in 3 days and could I go ahead and settle my bill. I trusted him which was a huge $2800 mistake. After 3 days when I went down there he claimed the inverter was on backorder. This drug on for months until he got tired of me pestering him. He told me the converter was $200, wrote me a check for $200 and I took my camper away. The check bounced. I took my camper to Sutton RV. They found the problem and had my camper out in three days. There is no converter in my camper, it’s an inverter and they have them in stock! They charged me $1200 including the inverter which cost $550 not $200 like he said. I went back to him to settle up. I figured he owed me $550 since he supposedly ordered one when he gave me my bill and misrepresented the cost when he gave me $200. He had the gal to tell me that the inverter wasn’t included in the bill because he hadn’t paid for it yet. Now, earlier he claimed it was on order and was due in 3 days. You don’t get parts delivered without paying for them so he flat out lied to me. He reluctantly wrote me another check and told me not to take so long to cash it this time, like it was my fault the check bounced. Earlier i waited 6 days. He refused to reimburse me for the $10 dollar fee I was charged for the insufficient funds. I told him I was going to the bank right now. So, I go to his bank just down the street and sure enough it bounces again! As I exit the bank I hear him call out my name and he hands me $200 in cash. This guy is a crook and a liar straight up and will look you in the eye while doing so! He reminds me of a slick politician who double speaks and is real slick with his words. DO NOT USE THIS GUY TO WORK ON YOUR EQUIPMENT! If I could give a lower rating, I would."

"Steve repaired some damage on our motorhome, the repairs were perfectly matched. It looks like new. They also painted our friends Mustang, they did an amazing job and they did it in a timely manor. We highly recommend Pro Auto Works."

"I had them work on my car after an accident… There was over spray left all over my back window and roof. He painted over the black rubber on my doors, left a giant paint chip that’s now rusted, tried bending the fender back to its original shape leaving a quarter inch curve so the fender and bumper do not match up whatsoever, and ruined one of my mudflaps. I could go on! I’ve contacted them multiple times for them to fix it and have heard nothing back from them! Definitely would not recommend to anyone!"
