"It seems like I always have a root canal emergency just before a holiday or on a Friday when most dentists don’t work. Each time, though, Dr. Traung and his team have squeezed me in and given me excellent and compassionate care. I have had no post-procedure problems due to the quality of his work. The procedures have been fast and painless. Other times, after an evaluation, he convinced me that I didn’t need a root canal."

"Dr. Hu is ok. No problem except some residual pain still after a year. The billing department is totally another story. They have no clue how to file insurance claims. I had to file them personally. They acted as though it was my responsibility. Ugh!!! I did! All has been done and our portion paid months ago. Now they say we still owe a balance we paid “months ago”. Our card statement also supports this. Find someone else. Totally inept!!"

"This place has no mercy or regard to others that work! Missed one appointment on accident because I was caught up working. Mind you this appointment was booked months ago...Sorry It was a complete accident and this Dr. refused to see my daughter when I tried to make amends. I can see if was consecutive but only 1 missed appointment! What shrewd! And the girl at the front desk spoke to me like I was just such an awful person! I would NEVER refer anyone to this place! Even if I had the chance to be seen again I wouldn't."

"The front desk girls have been very welcoming and kind. They answered all of my financial questions withouht hesitation Had my first root canal done by Dr. Truong. Him and his assistant did amazing! They gave me the option to be sedated which I gladly took. Made the appointment go by so quick and painless. Felt taken care of and comfortable! Highly recommend!"
