"Had a crown put in 4.5 years ago by Dr. Robert Carmichael. I had nothing but problems with it. It recently came out and Dr. Carmichael has since retired and sold the practice to Dr. Backer. Neither of them will work on a solution with me. I paid $1200 for this crown that was not installed properly from the start and now have a $1400 estimate with a new dentist. Not good business! Crowns should last longer than 4.5 years! Go elsewhere."

"Very friendly and efficient dental assistants. The dentist does a good job. I recieved a crown and had minimal issues with it. Bill payment online is a little confusing. They don't have a website listed on the billing statement, but they do have a number to call and the ladies at the front desk are quick to point you in the right direction. I had to guess what my account number was once I went to the right place, after a couple of tries I figured it out (I hope)."
