Valvoline Instant Oil Change

"Waited over an hour. There was some sort of confusion with a radiator flush that was taking forever in one of the bays. So people started getting upset. We were next in our line. We got told to back up 3 times to let others go in front of us because they said they had waited too long. The last car they let go in front was BEHIND us. And when someone else left he pulled into the stuck bay to the left of us. Then he threw a fit when they told him he would be up soon. So they told us to move back for him the last time. So we left. VERY unprofessional. We told him we had waited a long time too. But we were not as angry as the other guy. My husband is a disabled veteran. And I try to keep him from stressing out when we go on outings. I now know to NEVER pull into there if there are ANY cars in line. Because we will get pushed around because we try to stay decent. I refuse to drop to the level of tantrums to get my oil changed. We will be going to the next town over next time. apparently these guys have a really hard time doing service. And keeping track of who is next in line."

"I only stopped in because a shoulder injury kept me from doing my own oil & filter change. The "technician" that installed the oil filter used a filter wrench to tighten it up. I'm not sure if they had sufficient hand strength or not, but I've never used a wrench on the installation of an oil filter in the 50+ years that I have been doing it myself. I just hope it comes off, 6000 miles from now. One of the techs also dripped oil on the drivers door when they showed me the oil level on the dipstick. If ever in this situation in the future, I'll take the drive to Corvallis and go to the Subaru dealer."

"One car in front of me, I sat behind them for over an hour. The line next to me kept moving so they were able to help 2 people that came well after I did, almost a 3rd until I spoke up. Decided to let them do the air filter too since I needed one, Price online/Walmart $5 from them $25. I will Definitely never go back, I could have literally done it myself in half the time but thought this would just be faster and easier, couldn't be more wrong. Thanks...."

They take great care of my old car and they are HONEST. I trust them because they don't try to take advantage of me. If I don't really need something done, they'll tell me.
