"My husband and I went to Todd's Auto Body on Main street to get an estimate for repair on our van. Leighann helped us right away. She set a date for repair and got our Insurance info. Next week we got a call from Leighann saying that our Insurance halted the repair, because the damage was going to be over the Insurances estimate. We decided to accept our vehicle as totaled. Meanwhile our Insurance never contacted Todd's Auto Body other than to let them know they couldn't continue with the repairs. Leighann was on top of everything letting us know what was happening, and that our Insurance was still not taking care of things and just letting our totaled van sit in Todd's storage yard collecting storage fees for not releasing it over. My husband and I are very dissatisfied with our car Insurance and are so thankful for Todd's Auto Body and especially Leighann for helping us out in dealing with the confusion and lack of communication from our Insurance. Thank you Todd's Auto Body and Leighann!! You supported us during this difficult situation! I can not express how grateful I am for having them assist us in this matter!"

"This review is long overdue. My 1994 Toyota 4x4 truck was seriously damaged (so was I) last year when a driver ran a red-light and t-boned my truck. These folks did their very best to try and salvage my truck but the damage was too much--it was totaled. LeighAnn (sp?), Josh, and everyone there were great. Their customer service was excellent. They couldn't fix my truck but I know they did their best to do so--I bought pizza for everyone for their efforts :)"

"I cannot adequately express how wonderful the folks at Todd’s are. I was in an accident just two days before the big 2024 ice storm. To make matters worse the guy who hit me tried to flee the scene (he got caught) and dodged his insurance company as long as he could which delayed me getting my repairs done and just made a mess of things for me. I am a busy, single mom with a lot going on and I didn’t have time or bandwidth to deal with something like this on top of the storm and everything else. Everyone at Todd’s was so helpful and really held my hand through the process, despite dealing with their own challenges from the storm. They even received my vehicle on a day when they didn’t even have power at the business themselves. They just did whatever they could manage, and with courtesy and compassion. While I of course hope to never have another accident, if I do I will ONLY ever take my vehicle to Todd’s, and Todd’s is the ONLY body shop I recommend. These folks are total professionals, know what they’re doing, and frankly they’re just good people. Even given all the obstacles my car got back to me in record time and the repairs were flawless. I can’t thank them enough, or recommend them more highly!"

"Very good service, and the quality of work is on point they even transferred over my after market emblem. paint work is crisp and almost a perfect color match. Todd is really easy to work with he honestly seems to care and it shows. I’m happy I waited to get my car into them."
