My first visit I walked through the front door and the receptionist greeted me by name (we had never met before so she must have memorized my appointment time and first name, props to her). My intake and exam was thorough but gentle. Upon making a follow up appointment the front desk gal took the time to explain what charges I could expect next time, and how my insurance would bill me.
