"Great staff but after after asking if I owed money, I was told no and that the insurance covered it (cleanings and exams). Then I recieve a bill in the mail for the difference. After speaking with them, I was told they have no way of knowing what the insurance payout will be. I have been to numerous dental facilities and have never received a bill after the fact but what really bothered me was that I asked if I would receive a bill and I was told no, not that I could be receiving a bill. And to deal with obvious irritation I was making a deal out of this, just be honest and let someone know they may owe something and for this reason, we have switched."
