"The receptionist was rude from the start of the phone call and only got ruder when asked if they took any OHP plans. Clearly they look down on the elderly and disabled that are unable to pay out of pocket or afford fancy insurance. I am pretty thankful they don't take mother's insurance God only knows how she would have been treated if they did."
