Bamboo Sushi
About the Business
Bamboo Sushi is a restaurant located at 380 1st Street in Lake Oswego, Oregon, United States. We offer a diverse menu with options for vegans, vegetarians, and those with gluten-free dietary restrictions. While we are listed on various food delivery apps, availability may be limited, so we recommend ordering through our online page for pick-up.
In an effort to reduce waste, we only provide condiments and utensils upon request for to-go orders. We welcome dogs on our patio, but only service animals are allowed indoors. Street parking is limited, so we suggest using ride-shares.
If you would like to bring your own dessert or wine, there is a small fee for outside products and a corkage fee for wine. Additionally, Bamboo Sushi offers catering and event options, with a variety of menu choices available. To inquire about catering for your next gathering, please contact Falon Chamberlin at fchamberlin@bamboosushi.com.

"Absolutely loved our dinner here! Reasonably priced for the amazing quality. The king salmon sashimi was the best sashimi I’ve ever tasted - like butter. I had a Ume mocktail that was truly memorable and I will be back for it!"
"Spicy Tuna is amazing, fresh and just perfect! CoHo spicy salmon was the best sushimi! Very fresh, melt in your taste. Sushi orgasm in my mouth is how I have to describe the food here. Loved every bite!!!"
"Got the Caesar salad, three different pieces of fish, and chicken karaage, all fantastic. Date also for miso soup. Honestly the Friday the 13th roll and the crispy onion tuna were some of the best I've had. Highly recommend."
"Our food tour guide recommended Bamboo Sushi so when we randomly saw a location near us, we stopped and I’m so glad. We only had room for a light snack of shishito peppers, cucumber salad, a spicy tuna roll and the Garden of Eden. I’ve never had an apple in my sushi so I was really intrigued. Overall, complex and unusual flavors that did not disappoint."
