"I love when the food is cold. The cheese isn't even melted... This place sucks. Update: This place still sucks. Some of the things that they impose on your ability to order make no sense. I can order a lemonade that has a flavored syrup in it, which will cost the same as a large soda. If you ask if you can have the small soda with that same syrup in it you get told no. At any other place the flavors syrup would cost a set amount, and would probably be equivalent to the price of the large soda. I am dumbfounded as to why this isn't possible. Is it because you have no confidence in your staff and their ability to understand how to properly ring a person up? Whatever, it's not my company, I don't have to worry about setting the rules to make the company look like it's run by a bunch of profiteers that don't care about anything except their next bonus."

"We hit this location once a month for our “one night of fast-food” and both last times we have been there we have been snicker doodled out of our order. Today, instead of 3 double cheeseburgers, we got one double and two single burgers— we did get out 1 fry and shake though— what a super duper deal for almost $30 bucks! The last time we came we were missing all 3 fries! - we won’t be coming back! Looks like we’ll be choosing somewhere else to indulge our monthly grub."
