"I had a move across town on short notice. May the louse of a thousand camels thrive in the pubis of the landlord. All of the small stuff had been moved via several trips with a hatchback. Mid-afternoon on the last Saturday of a month, the Shell Station U-Haul Dealer got me the truck I needed for just five miles and a couple of hours. The truck worked fine and was exactly what a truck should be, but the folks at the shop were stellar, with professional customer service, an understanding and appreciation for the stress and weary I felt, and a willingness to work with what they had on the lot to get my stress relieved.
