Second of all not sure what was wrong with your sweet fire chicken but it tasted like beer. Will no longer be coming here do to the rude lady at the counter who did not even have a name tag. "I was made very uncomfortable and upset by the first person I encountered. I was asked for my order. And when I asked for a drink and asked about my online pick up order the female employee was very rude stating “I don’t do that here” It’s not the first time this exact same person is rude. I work across the street. And I come here often. I don’t appreciate her attitude. Seems like she doesn’t come to work with a good attitude. Maybe she needs a new job because it doesn’t seem like she likes this one."

"My buddy and I come in and there is literally no food. 10 more customers come in and still no food, 33mins later finally get our food. Seemed like all the employees were sleeping in the back or something. A bunch of kids who lack work ethic. Girl taking orders seemed to roll her eyes every time someone asked for something. Panda is awesome but please get your employees in check. Time is 3:36pm"
