"Absolutely the worse communication, non-hospitality manger was extremely non helpful, rude, refused to even talk to me about MY rig when he found a problem had to talk to my boyfriend. Not to mention was mad and complained about me calling ONE time after the time came and passed of when it was supposed to be done when I was just checking to see when to have someone pick me up to take me to get it. I have always used point S tires and always been extremely happy with them, but this shop it’s self was extremely unprofessional do not recommend, worth the 30 minute to sweet home or to the lebanon shop!"

"I had a flat tire on my way to brownsville and was pointed to J&J. They took care of me quickly, and were very kind. One of the gentlemen had walked over to the convenience store and came back with a treat for my 3 year old - so kind and thoughtful. Flat tires are never a fun surprise, but J&J made it nothing more than a small hassle. Thank you!"
