"Horrible experience with this location. I'm a very frequent renter when it comes to Uhaul. This location charged me $25 as a cleaning fee. When I called to verify said fee I found out it was due to parking the uhaul in a "wrong location and leaving the keys in a wrong drop box". First off there is ZERO markings on where your supposed to park. There is also NO LOCK BOX FOR UHAUL DIRECTLY. This said business called me several times, along with text message in which both were returned seconds later with no answer. I even called uhaul and they tried to call and no response. They claimed at uhaul they spent 2 hours looking for the keys which is lies, all they had to do was simply answer their phone and have proper parking locations and a proper lock box for Uhaul customers. Their failed work ethnic is what costed a fee. Will be disputing the charges via my bank and moving forward will no longer be using this location or recommending anyone to a location that charges bogus fee's. Take your returns elsewhere when it comes to Uhaul or you'll be charged bogus fee's."
