"Kaitlyn was absolutely amazing! I had come from another Starbucks that served me a latte with burned oat milk. I explained this to Kaitlyn and she immediately made new a new drink. Even though I explained it was a different Starbucks that made it poorly. She was delightful. Made my morning!"

"Every time I go to this Starbucks the people that work there are extremely unpleasant, they get the orders wrong, they feel disgusted when I mention something is wrong instead of fixing the problem even though it's their fault. Place is always dirty, NO MANNERS, FILLED WITH COMPLETE RUDENESS."

"This Starbucks has gone downhill drasticaly. The last 2 months or so. My understanding that a new manager came in and alot of new employees. Not friendly , sometimes made to feel put out. Today. 4 cars in line. 10 minutes to get our drinks. Both were luke warm and not made correctly (standard drink. Pistachios latte and medicine ball). Nothing fancy. What a disappointment."

"First time at this location and it had very quick service! I got my order very quickly and the staff was very nice n respectful. It has a lot of parking and a drive through as well. I’d say 5/5 great service and customer service. My friend ordered a grande drink but they gave her a venti."

"This is a super-convenient Starbucks location for the traveler or commuter - it's just off I-205 on the 99E (McLoughlin Blvd.) exit. There is plenty of parking in front and there is also a drive-through on the back side. As far as seating goes, there are five or six small tables and one very long (communal) table with about ten chairs."
