"Today I had exrays and a cleaning. Loved the courteous staff and the office dog, Odin. Dr. Del Valle pointed out some helpful things no dentist before ever mentioned. I have many years of experience with dentists. I hadn't had a cleaning in awhile, and I thought that might account for the rough treatment I experienced from the hygienist, but there is no excuse for her sticking my bottom lip with the tool. Overall, during the cleaning there were several times when I was uncomfortable, and I have never had a cleaning that painful. They seemed awkward when handling the instruments, and I felt as if they either couldn't see well or were learning on the job. I can't recommend this office because I would not want someone to have that experience, being jabbed with a metal spike over and over in your gums. During a cleaning that typically happens once or twice, and they are normally so steady and professional, but never a dozen or more times. Also, after the visit I was told that my insurance only covers 70 percent, and had I known that, I would have canceled the appointment. They normally let you know ahead of time."

"Where to begin?!!! Dr. Mercedes Del Valle is an absolutely committed, talented and caring dentist. I phoned her office late on a Wednesday as my crown fell off. She immediately responded by text while I was on the phone bemoaning my fate with my husband. Without any hesitation she suggested that we meet the next morning in her office (which, incidentally was closed for the week!) to solve the problem. She was there waiting before I arrived, we had a very entertaining chat, and within 5 minutes, she was working on my tooth and the crown. Quickly and in her very characteristically upbeat way, she finished the job and sent me on my way. This caliber of service is exceptional. I am so fortunate to be in Dr. Del Valle's care and will continue to sing her praises."
