"We live in Florence all the Dentists are not accepting new patients. So I went to the internet and found that Dr. Eckstrom is always accepting new patients. I called and they gave My daughter an appointment within 7 days. The day of the appointment I had a tooth that developed an infection I called and they gave me an appointment same day and around the time my daughter was going in. When we got there we checked in and they knew who we were and asked how our drive was they were very nice and respectful of our time and we did not feel like we were an inconvenience after all I was an add on to their day. It turned out I needed the tooth pulled and without taking a beat Dr. Eckstrom offered to pull it now. I was expecting to have to come back because it was 4pm and he had other patients to take care of. He took care of those patients and then pulled my tooth. The entire time I felt like I was their only patient that day and whatever I needed they were going to do it. It was very nice that everything was taken care of and I didn't have to come back to get my tooth pulled. Because of the way they treated my daughter and me I am willing to make the drive from Florence to this office for my dental care. My daughter made an appointment for 2 weeks later to get her teeth cleaned as I was waiting I knew I was going to be waiting at least an hour and I was prepared for that. The dental Hygienist came to me and asked if I wanted to get my x-rays done today and get the doctor to look to see if I needed any other work done I told her sure if they have time. Needless to say they got me back and took the x-rays and doctor looked at me teeth all before lunch again like I was the only patient. I very much like the feeling of this even though I know they have other patients but they value your time and have squeezed me in to make sure I got everything I could get done in every trip I have made. I recommend this dentist and will be a client."

"Friendly and helpful staff and insurance and billing was clearly and completely explained. No discomfort with xray bites and you can really see your teeth. Many years ago Dr. Eckstrom redid a poorly done root canal from another dental office and it was amazing the difference in how much effort was put into the procedure. I look forward to returning to his care."
