"I love the doctor and the staff here, but I don't trust Gentle Dental with my insurance. I had an appointment a few months back, was told at the time of the appointment that insurance covered my bill, save for $125 that I was responsible for. I paid that and thought it was over, but alas, it's not, I got a bill for $366 that I can't pay all at once. So thanks. Appreciate that. I don't know how to really avoid this happening again, other than just letting my teeth rot out of my head, which at this time seems preferable to a surprise bill that I can't pay."

They informed me of every step along the way, took the time to answer all my questions, and explained everything to me in a way that made a lot of sense.
