"If I had posted a comment a year ago it would have been 5 stars but this time around I was less than wowed. It felt as if I were there for the first time and my records were non existing. After going in 20 minutes late the hygienist was about to take ex-rays again, I had to point out they were still new enough, then while cleaning she was unaware that I had the ultrasonic method done before, and given she was very pleasant it just leaves you wondering if they read the file prior to cleaning on your second run. When completed I mentioned to her that one of my lower front teeth was quite sharp feeling to my tongue in the back , rather than taking a look at it her comment was "oh yes that's because there is a ridge there now from where the plague was cleaned out, it will feel soft soon when the plague builds up again" Whaatt?? I thought that's why we polish those rough areas down after cleaning, so the plague does not build up so fast again! I ended up having to find a way to sand it down on my own when I got home as it was so very bothersome. And what ever happened to the Dentist visit after cleaning just to make sure everything still looks good? Not that day! Well I guess you can assume I am disappointed to say the least."
