"It took almost 40 minutes to get an order of wings and macaroni and cheese. Our server was nowhere to be found or let us know there was some kind of delay. The table next to us came about 10 minutes after us, ordered their food after us and finished their food before ours had even come. I had to ask another server to check on our food because it had been so long. When the food came we didn’t even have any utensils to eat the pasta or napkins. At that point I just asked for to-go boxes and left. I would not come back with that kind of service."

"Super fun eating and drinking spot in beautiful Progress Ridge shopping area. We have eaten here multiple times and they consistently have professional and fast servers, fresh and yummy tasting dishes. The view from inside is always amazing. Take a walk around the man-made lake. Great times!"

"We had originally planned to watch the Super Bowl across the street at Big Al's, but it was way too crowded and loud. We are so glad we went to The Ridge instead. There were tons of TVs positioned for easy viewing, yet the atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. We adored our server, who was very attentive and sweet. The pizza was delish, and they kept the beverages flowing. Great experience, overall."
