"I had to take my wrangler to the dealership because the PCM went out. After 3 weeks they finally got in the new PCM but the tech (somehow) cracked my coil pack before putting in the PCM which fried the new pcm. They replaced the coil pack and the pcm which only took a week. That's not the part I had a problem with. Byron was my service desk person and he was awesome. But when I went to pick up the jeep, he handed me the oil filter. Apparently my warranty paid for the oil change but the tech forgot to change the oil filter. So instead of doing it correctly they just handed me the filter since it was already paid for. Fast forward about 100 miles and I now have an oil leak at the oil pan (which they were supposed to fix) and I found a dirty rag shoved up in the motor mount. I will not be taking my Jeep back after that fiasco. If the tech cant remember to change the oil filter when doing an oil change what else will they forget to do?"
"I called and asked to talk to the internet sales manager to discuss purchasing a car that I saw on lot when I drove by earlier this week. The salesman on the phone hung up on me when I wouldn’t give him my name and asked again to only speak to the internet sales manager. Rude!!! This was a “Pretty Woman Moment “ BIG MISTAKE!!!! Stay away from this dealership."
"I called the parts department 3 times last week nobody answered the phone!! I left 3 messages with no call back!!! I called the sales department and told them nobody was calling me back!! He took my name and number and said he would go tell them to call me!! Well again no call!! I guess they have enough business already! I call another Jeep dealership parts department and they answered the phone and helped me!! They get the 5 star!"
"Carter and Jake exceeded my expectations recently when I went there to purchase my new car. They both went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle that I wanted while also getting the best price. They were both very patient and treated me like a friend. I couldn't recommend them both enough! I'll definitely be going back in future."
"True rating negative 5 stars. Avoid this place like the plague. A few months ago I took my mother-in-law's Honda Odyssey that she bought there in for an oil change. I showed up at the proper time and was greeted like I was a nuisance by the service writer, not that big of a deal, some days are just bad days. I hand over my keys and they come out to examine the vehicle and take pictures of the outside, that's cool it protects both of us in case something happens. Since it is going to be awhile I start looking at the new cars, I am a car nut after all. End up taking the new Dodge Hornet for a test drive, dang that is fun. Anyways we get back to the dealership and the salesman and I are talking and end up going over some of the misses on the detail job of a Hyundai getting ready to be delivered, I used to work detailing at a GM dealership back in highschool. After a while the service writer notices me and comes out to ask if the tech had spoken to me, he hadn't. She went and got him and he told me that they hadn't been able to do the oil change because the oil pan was cracked and they were worried about it falling apart. At this time we are standing under the van looking at the pan, there was a decent amount of oil on the outside of the pan but it is a 16 year old vehicle. The tech points out these lines around the plug, to me they looked like casting marks, and is busy telling me that they aren't even sure if there is any oil left in the pan. This is where the alarm bells start going off in my head, I worked as a lube tech at the Dodge dealership in Bend and at Walmart's TLE in Spokane Valley and I know that one of the very first things you do is to check the oil level and document it, if it is too low then you have to alert the customer to the possibility of engine damage. At this point I declined any further work and left. I stopped at the Honda dealership in town, walked into the service bays and asked a tech there to look at the picture I had taken. He said it looked like casting marks. I then went and talked to the parts manager and asked him about it, he looked up pictures online and every single one had the same casting marks. I guess that the have to pay for the new buildings somehow but trying to rip off your customers isn't the smartest way to do that."
