"The food is pretty much what you'd expect at a chain restaurant. It's priced a little too high but still acceptable. I was most impressed with the service. I ordered Fettuccini Alfredo. They delivered it with chicken, which I didn't order and will not eat. Instead of blaming the kitchen, our waiter said "I'm so sorry! that was totally my fault". He ran back to the kitchen to request a new dish. He was respectful and showed integrity."

"Very nice server. Food wasn’t ready for 45 minutes so we ended up taking it to go. Got home and the portions were sooo small at $20 a plate !!! I say don’t waste your time or money!!!"

"Really very shockingly bad. We assumed because this is a popular chain that the food would be at least at an Olive Garden level, but it was more on a canned food level. I paid $26 for crab ravioli that makes the ones at Trader Joe's seem world class. The two menus they gave us had differing calorie counts on the same dishes. Giving it one star for the atmosphere; I did get a brief moment of Christmas joy walking past the train car with lights, but that's the only good thing to be said about this restaurant."

"Based on our good experience at The Old Spaghetti Factory in Whistler, we decided to revisit the restaurant again during our trip to Sherwood. Sadly, our second experience was not as impressive. After placing our orders, we noticed that other diners had bread served to them before their main dishes arrived. However, we were left without any bread until we asked for it after being served our main dishes. The bread was soft and tasty, though. We had ordered a variety of dishes, including Lasagna, Fettuccine Alfredo, Mac and Cheese, and Ravioli. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed to find that all the dishes were overcooked and over-soaked, giving them a mushy texture. There was no taste or texture to differentiate one dish from the other. Even the kids remarked that the Mac and Cheese was the worst they had ever tasted! Overall, we left The Old Spaghetti Factory feeling disappointed and dissatisfied with our meal. It was a regrettable experience, especially since our initial experience at a different location had been so good."

"Outstanding service top notch food great atmosphere and lovely place for a date! Our waiter was on top of his game(shout out to you Ethan)Attended to our ever needs. The manager even walks around and checks on each table to makes sure everything is up to par. We ate in a booth that was made out of a French trolly. Sauce made from scrach!! And there tiramisu is the best u will ever EVER have in your life! We loved the food so much and the service we had to leave a review for this outstanding Italian restaurant!!! 5 stars plus a standing ovation!!! Bravo to you all at "The Old Spaghetti Factory"!!!"
