"This is where service matters! We only ordered an iced coffee! We were asked to move forward, they'd bring it out in just one minute. Six minutes later my husband got out of the car to go in and get it himself. One minute is sixty seconds. You should have stocked the milk beforehand. We will not be pulling forward next time, I don't care how badly it screws with your metrics."

"The supersized 50 year old blonde working at 12:30 am 12/18 threw my bag of food at me after I asked to add an additional fry. She then proceeded to yell at me and said “next time order at the window.” I will be sure to come back at the same time for the next week to order enough food for a small school then drive away just to keep her as frustrated as she clearly was tonight to a customer that was nice to her. They can’t keep up with one car at a time with 5 idiots working inside like chickens with their heads cut off. Anyway, that’s my rant. McDonald’s, hire better people for God’s sake."

"So I get it.. it's a drive thru... but this looks like it was literally thrown together. Placed a mobile order. The lady at the booth says to proceed to the last window. When I get there they don't have my order. When I opened the box, this was what it looked like. The cheese on the Burger patty was mostly in the box, NOT on the burger. The meat tasted like it had been soaked in salt... Soggy lettuce. Most Horrible burger ever!! Then the 10 piece nugget was only 9 nuggets. Asked for spicey Buffalo and honey mustard sauce and got ranch instead of Buffalo.. Get it together, people.. Fast food should not look like garbage.. Guess I should have read the reviews before going to this McDonald's Horrible.."
