"My family and I have driven through the drive-thru at this location a few times while visiting the West Coast. Everytime the drive through staff is pleasant and the food is hot. Tonight Oscar was our drive thru order taker and he was so pleasant! Would recommend! :)"
"A fast food place is all about that. Fast food. But if anything goes wrong, they will blame you, they will not attempt to figure out what is wrong (especially if you order from the app) and say it is YOUR problem. When it worked, the food was fine. But when it doesn't. You get customer service I would not have tolerated from the employees I'm working with. If they don't understand how something works they will just make up something on the spot. I wouldn't quite call it lying, because the are ignorant. But it sure feels that way."
"I ordered my food online and I went to drive thru. This guy was looking at me and making a body language which is it doesn't make sense to me at all. I called once he didn't answer . I called the second time and he finally answered the phone. I told him " Hi I'm here to pick up my food I'm here at the drive Thru. And he was saying that their kitchen is not working etc etc... and I told him well since I'm not getting my food can I get a refund? He told me my manager told me you to have to do it online. I ask him how should I do that ? He just freaking hang up the phone. I called again no answer. So I didn't get my food and I didn't get my refund !!! This guy is very disrespectful and very unprofessional"
"I ordered 2 sausage biscuits with gravy around 9:15 this morning via the drive through. A dark haired man with a facemask was working at the drive yup window. He did not say a single word during the entire transaction. I had a $20 bill in my hand when I arrived at the window. He took it without a word; just handed me my change and walked away, to get the bag of food. When he returned, there was no "thank you" , no "we appreciate your business", nothing. A few minutes later, I arrived at my destination and unpacked the food. Both biscuits were as hard as rocks. I could not even crumble them. That was no receipt for the transaction included in the bag. When I got home, I tried calling the restaurant to tell them what had happened. The phone just rang and rang and eventually went to a fax machine tone. I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant."
