"I've been going to this Chipotle since I was a little girl, and it still does not disappoint! They've never gotten an order wrong, they're always so nice and friendly, and food is always delicious and fresh! It is WAY better service and food than the one near 185th. Keep it up Chipotle, you rock!"

"I have had multiple encounters with this establishment that have left me annoyed and frustrated. I ordered online after work a couple of weeks ago and when I get home to eat I was disappointed to say the least. They had put barely anything in the bowl I ordered and I was missing an item. Then today I decide to order in person to see if that would help, but it turns out it didn’t. When I asked the employee for more rice they put a sprinkle of rice in my bowl. They then proceed to do the same thing with my boyfriend’s food as well. Super disappointing because we both enjoy Chipotle, but it’s just not worth paying $40 for barely anything."

"UPDATE: Corporate was contacted and refunded my money. Thank you. They couldn't find my online order at first, then they said they made it and it was taken by someone else; not knowing another employee had already told me they threw my order receipt out because they thought it was a duplicate. Ok, mistakes happen. I'll wait as they make it. They started making the first item and got part way in and said they couldn't make it. They didn't have any more of the product I had ordered left. By now, i was done, I just told them I wanted a refund. The manager came out and said they don't refund online orders. He said I have to get my refund online. He expected me to leave there with no food, no money, and no way to prove I didn't receive my order (remember, they already tried to say someone took it)! I finally got the manager to write on my order that I didn't receive my order. The unprofessionalism of this manager was astounding as he rolled his eyes at me because I wanted something showing they didn't fulfill my order. As I was leaving, these employees didn't think their actions through very well because of their glass exit doors, as I could see them laughing and making fun of me in the door reflection. I told them, but I doubt they cared. I go online and imagine my surprise that I couldn't request a refund! Their automated system will only give you the items you didn't get, complementary, if you come back, within 30 days! First, it's not complementary and second, you didn't do ANY of my order. You took my money and didn't fill my order. What about the 25% tip I also left? The employees who were disrespectful, rude and gave no service are keeping it? Right now I'm so soured by this experience at this location I won't go back to it. Two faults here. The employees handling of their error with my order. Errors happen, it's how you handle them that sets the tone. Second, corporate not giving a refund option when they were in the wrong and provided no goods. I expect a full refund."

"I have had larger burritos from Taco Bell. This once great fast casual spot was where I would go if I needed a quick simi healthy option. That doesn't seem to be the case anymore. The last 3 times every meal has been smaller, missing items, and or packed with just rice. This doesn't seem to be an issue at just this location but all over the West side of town."

"I enjoy chipotle as a Mexican food option alternative. The bowls are my favorite. Fresh ingredients, prepared rite in front of you. Although I would suggest passing on drinks as I'm nearly always disappointed. The watermelon lemonade had zero watermelon flavor."
