"Please teach your new baristas about cold pours and deconstructed drinks. There is nothing more frustrating than getting DOUBLE CHARGED for extra shots in a cold pour when I’m already paying extra for the cold pour (extra milk & shots). I always ask to make sure they’re adding the 2 extra shots in my cold pour because there is such inconsistent training across DB employees. It’s not always their fault, but I shouldn’t be getting double charged!"

"It is 1:58 on Wednesday, Feb.7. I am in a car with 3 other adults. All of us planned to order a drink. We pulled in behind one car at the window. And waited...after about 10 minutes we wondered if the car was parked there to keep us from using that lane. Maybe we were supposed to go to the other side? Then we saw a boy in a gold hoodie lean out the window and we realized there was a girl in the car. Our driver rolled forward to indicate we were waiting. The boy looked at us and handed a drink through the window...and kept talking...and talking...and talking. So we went around the car and drove to nearby Starbucks. The girl at Starbucks greeted us with a big smile and got us our drinks quickly. Enough said."
