"I made the mistake of stopping here on the hottest day of the year so far. You would think that a store would staff appropriately for this, however only 1 employee was working. I commend him for keeping his cool, however it's absolutely unacceptable that he was left to the masses. While I was waiting, two families of at least 4 members walked out and uttered something about cold stone down the road. The ice cream was satisfying, and the wait obviously didn't kill anyone, however it was a less than stellar experience."
