"This review is for my experience back in December of 2018. My husband and I were in need of a truck close to closing time. We had issues with the reservation we made online and somehow our reservation got cancelled. Luckily, Aiden was the guy who helped me over the phone and ended up giving us his phone number in case we did run into any issues. He and his girlfriend, who also works there, went above and beyond to help us out when we desperately needed it. They were able to meet us after hours and make a new reservation so that we were able to get to our storage unit before it closed. We were going through such a rough time and desperately needed a break and these two employees definitely helped us out more than they could ever know. In our opinion, they definitely should get a raise or some kind of bonus for the amazing experience they provided us."
