When Dr. Kolb fully retired and was no longer involved in the practice, Dr. Woolsey sent my mother a letter informing her she was no longer a patient of the practice. Out of the blue; no phone call, no conversation in the office, just bam! after decades of being a patient at that practice. My mother called and Dr. Woolsey wouldn't even speak to her. So, my opinion of this doctor and this practice are unprofessional, at best. Ill considered and marginally ethical."
